Worked Examples

Privacy

Worked Examples collects no personal information from readers. That is a description of how the site is built rather than a policy commitment, and the sections below explain what it means in practice.

Nothing Is Measured

The pages carry no analytics, no tag manager and no advertising pixel. Nothing measures who visits or what they read.

Browser Storage

The site sets no cookies and writes nothing to browser storage. There is no state kept between one visit and the next.

Nothing to Submit

There is no form, no comment box, no newsletter signup and no account. The pages are documents to be read, and nothing more interactive than that.

How Pages Are Delivered

Serving a page necessarily involves a server receiving a request. That request data belongs to the hosting provider, is held briefly for operational reasons, and never reaches the publication itself.

If the Site Changes

If the site ever changes in a way that affects this description, the description changes with it. A privacy page that has drifted from the site it describes is worse than none, so this one is kept in step.

Leaving This Site

Some pages link to other websites. Once a reader follows one of those links they are on a site with its own practices, and nothing described here applies to it.
